Age 6 to 16
All guests including the birthday boy/girl will make the same project.  We ask that the party be limited to the guests and the family of the birthday girl/boy.  Our space is limited and we are unable to support a lot of extra people that won’t be participating in the sewing party.  Partiers must be supervised by the host parent at all times.

COST
Parties are 2 hours 30 minutes.  First 15 minutes is for sewing safety and practice (sewing machines only). 1 hour 30 minutes for the project and then remaining time is for cake and presents.

Sewing Machine (age 8+) - $30 per person including birthday boy/girl
Hand Sewing (age 6-7) - $25 per person including birthday boy/girl

Maximum number of guests including birthday girl/boy is 6.  Minimum of 4 to book a party.

Reservation
Reservation must be made at least 30 days prior to the day of the event.  Full payment is due at time of registration.  Invoice will be emailed and payment made online.  Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the party reservation, 50% refund.  Cancellations after 2 weeks, party reservation is non-refundable.

PARTY DECOR, FOOD AND DRINKS
Typical cake, cup cakes, etc and enclosed drinks such as juice boxes.  Decor can be set up by us (very basic birthday decor) or you can bring your own if there is a theme.  If you bring your own, it must be approved by us before the day of the event.  No outside entertainment is allowed.  If you have not been to the studio, you will need to set up an appointment prior to the party to see the layout of the studio.

PROJECT
Sewing Machine projects (age 8+) - Each guest including birthday girl/boy will make a letter pillow for their first name.

Hand Sewing project (age 6-7) - Each guest including birthday girl/boy will make a fun hand sewing project.

ARRIVAL & SET UP
Hosts must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the party for set up of decorations (included in the cost).
